Orders are processed and shipped within 3-6 days of order receipt or credit card approval on weekdays, excluding holidays. Orders placed during the weekend or on nationally observed holidays are processed the following business day. If you do not receive an order shipment confirmation and it has been more than 5 business days, please contact our customer service team at service@bamsquishy.com for assistance.

After an order is fulfilled and shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes, unfortunately.
