Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• The item must be in the original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
